Assignments:
1. Please find a vice coordinator (hopefully in a different grade)
2. List all the members of your part (props/ light/ make up/ etc)
3. Collect their info: name, class, contact (phone no & e-mail)
4. Sign in the info to Robyn or Renata
5. Assign the members of finding out the team's part of the job, find out for yourself to:
ex. what does the lighting/ property/ prompt/ make up/ costume/ etc do?
6. Come prepared to every meeting
7. Remind members of meeting schedules and plans
