1. sign up to your coordinators to check if you're in
2. list your name, class and contact (phone no & e-mail adress)
3. talk to your coordinators about your job, and the schedule
4. find out about your job
-what do props/ prompt/ make up/ etc do?
5. find out what to prepare & bring to the next meeting
6. come to every meeting, prepared and on time
